Lots of images 'missing'-- Wwweb busy or DDOS attack ??

Hi, I've had a lot of images 'missing' and threads 'unavailable' today, and not just here on SecretProjects.


Is it just because my ISP's currently creaking ?


Is the whole WWWeb mad-busy, or is this a DDOS attack like the one that took down Astronautix ??


( I'm getting ~75% of rated 20 Mbs broadband speed, but 26 ms ping... )

I'm finding for the last few days that it is really slow loading pages on this website - no problems with other sites that I am visiting.

It's running okay for me again, but currently 03:20 AM BST when any sane person should be asleep...

A few posts between August 5th and August 8th seemed to be missing images, although the problem seems to be fixed now. Probably was just a momentary database glitch.
