The recent post "Lockheed CL-278, early U-2 concepts?" (especially the CL-278-1-2) reminds me the Lockheed Gusto 2 flying wing project designed during the pre-studies for the A-12. (Here-attached a model photo from Lockheed).
Is there more information available on this particular project, like its "CL" number, dimensions, 3V drawing, etc...?
From the photo, it looks that the cockpit was slightly offset to the RH side. Is there other photo(s) confirming (or infirming) that point?

Thanks in advance,

Cheers,

Find another (small) photo...
Compared to the U-2 span (31,4m; 103ft), the span of the "Gusto 2" seemed to be slightly above 40m (131ft).
Don't know which model is the first one.
