Hi Guys,
The pictures you have are displaying the X-02 and AC04 which can be flown in the Ace Combat 4 on the Sony Playstation2. There is a transformer model, but I don't know when that will be released. There is a plastic scale model kit known as the EASA X-02A coming on the market but that can only be found in Japan.
If you used the Su-47 as a base ,added the F-22 tail fins and air intakes, you could come up with something similar.

Hmmmm, there is a lot of Rafale going on there, but the twin tail does look awesome.

I have a model kit of the Falken.

Edit: I also have model kits of the two Supersylph's. The plane sin Yukikaze were cool, but the story was incredibly lame. The dogfights in Skycrawlers were cool as hell and looked fantastic, as well, but the story was EXTREMELY boring. They drag out what you could to do in ten to fifteen minutes, in terms of story, and make it take over an hour. Just FFWD to the combat sequences or watch what is on Youtube.

Youtube is how I've been watching Macross Year Zero.

What the pictures don't show is how the X-02 transforms. The FSWs fold inwards and the vertical stabilizers lay down horizontally at high speeds.
