An early Israel Aerospace Industries project from 1959 was the BK-101 business jet.
The B-101A used the wings, V-tail and Marbore engines of the Fouga Magister. The B-101B had a swept wing and the B-101C replaced the V-tail with a T-tail and had new wings and engines too. The B-101K had three tail-mounted engines and the B-101M was powered by turbofans. A mock-up was built in 1960 but finance and production problems stopped further work.

There were some planned variants of the IAI-101 Arava.
IAI-301 (aka Mk. II) - 1973, longer fuselage (15.56m oa), 28 passengers, Astazou XVI engines
IAI-401 - 1974, military transport, longer fuselage (0.72m & 1.48m plugs, 15.23m oa), stronger wing, retractable undercarriage, 24 paratroops and 2 dispatchers or Medevac role with 16 stretchers and two attendants, PT-6A-45 engines
IAI-203 - 1977, jet-powered variant, 28 passengers or 22 troops, Astafan IV-F turbofans mounted above the wings, winglets fitted

A that time, IAI was not even Israel Aircraft Industries yet, it was Bedek Aviation.
Here are photos of their B-101 project.

In 1968 IAI bought the rights to manufacture the Aero Commander 1121 Jet Commander. This became the IAI 1123 Commodore and 1124 Westwind.
