Inwards-Rotated Stabilizers

There is an interesting design choice on a couple of aircraft that I thought looked pretty funky, that being inwards rotated stabilizers. These can be seen in the fictional ADF-01 “Falken”, as well as the never-built polish PZL-230 (note that neither of these are real aircraft). Is there anything that this could do for a designer to do this instead having the vertical stabilizers be straight or pointed outwards? Or is it just to look cool?

There is the real world Lockheed Have Blue.

Which had inwards canted stabilizers because they thought at the time that they were more stealthy.
There are plenty more designs from the early stealth days which had similar features.
