Inwards-Rotated Stabilizers

There is an interesting design choice on a couple of aircraft that I thought looked pretty funky, that being inwards rotated stabilizers. These can be seen in the fictional ADF-01 “Falken”, as well as the never-built polish PZL-230 (note that neither of these are real aircraft). Is there anything that this could do for a designer to do this instead having the vertical stabilizers be straight or pointed outwards? Or is it just to look cool? IMG_0616.png IMG_0615.jpeg

There are several UAVs where the vertical stabs are angled inwards or even connect in a triangular way
