The Ikarus IK-2 is the well known Yugoslavian Gull wing fighter from the thirties.
Most of us know the outside of this aeroplane, but not the insite construction.
Until now I could not find and received anything which gives an impression of the fuselage construction.
Has anyone somthing which can be of any help?
Maybe pictures at the factory and/or pictures of crashed aeroplanes which showes something?

The Ikarus IK-4 was based in the IK-2, but this would be a two-seat reconnaissance aircraft.
It comes nor further than a project.
Same problem as above.
Who knows any dimensions of this project and is there any drawing of it?

Thanks'
Jan

My dear Jan,

the only thing I know about IK-4,it was a dual control two-seater fast reconnaissance monoplane
Project,based on IK-2.

Interresting, is there some one who knows more about the mentioned the IK-4 reconnaissance project?

A Curiousity : Ikarus was a serbian company founded in 1923 and primary production was auto and aircraft . Now its name is Ikarbus .

In my opinion it could have been a reconnaissance variant of the IK-5 heavy fighter

No a two-seat version of the IK-2

Is there any source and/or original drawing or something from that time which could give an impression and not made a two-seater from an IK-2 drawing.
