Identifying potential Sidewinder

I am a retired scrapman and many years ago acquired a couple of pieces of military kit including what I believe to be is a Sidewinder. As retirement is now upon me, I am clearing out my workspace and would love to get some more information and maybe even possibly identify the missile that I am in possession of. There are areas where the paint is coming off and there are a lot of markings and writing on it, which I am happy to also share if required.

Looks like a wind tunnel model. The solid nose means it can't be a real Sidewinder.

There are indeed Sidewinder parts in it (fins and control surfaces), but the body seems wider, maybe a mix with an AIM-7 body (note the fairing along the main tube).

Its got AIM-9L style canards so that dates it somewhat.

Diameter? Length? Span?

I was wondering about that because except for the AIM-9X none of the Sidewinder variants had a cable tunnel.

Diameter wise it looks fatter than an AIM-9 so I'm thinking 8" diameter (Parts of an AIM-7 fuselage).
