Hi,
Mr. Horatio F. Phillips was a British,and he designed three helicopters,there were in
1870,1903 & 1909,also he built a float monoplane in 1904.
But he created some multi-wing airplanes,the No.1 was appeared in 1893,and followed
by No.2 in 1903,the No.3 and No.4 of 1904 & 1906 were similar and No.5 had a different
shape of 1907,later the No.6 was fitted with 110 narrow wings in 1911.
