I wonder, did anybody stumble upon those looking for ASALM info? :) (I was looking for more over the weekend and saw that paper in half a dozen places. I would not be at all surprised if it isn't on this site already.)

Some ASALM papers:
AIAA-81-1606 - Evaluation of the ASALM-PTV Propulsion System Flight Data
AIAA-79-1240 - ASALM-PTV Chin Inlet Technology Overview

I have these publications on paper. If you have a specific question I can
check them for you. If you would like a summary, I would be happy to
oblige.

Also, there are several other excellent papers from JH-APL (Fred's old digs),
on Navy ramjet programs. My favorite, a proposal by JH-APL for a scramjet
afterburner to extend range of Polaris. I can check stacks for these titles
and AIAA numbers.

Regards.
