Hi:
I am new in the forum, I am cuban, licenciate in both cybernetics and mathematics, and in the late 1980's did some work for the Intercosmos program. After it was dissolved I worked 31 years dessigning medical equipment, but I am now retired and wanted to experiment a bit on engines, totally against the law, because doing research on rockets in Cuba is illegal. Anyway, I combined a CD nozzle with an annular aerospike, very rustic and small of course, with all the secrecy, placing the aerospike in the throat of the CD so that the virtual bell of the aerospike becomes the divergent part, and it seems to work fine. I have no experience at all and I am working in a very arbitrary way, so I wanted to ask, does that makes sense, that combo? Thanks.
