That site seems to offer really a vast amount of information about German electronical
equipment of the time up to 1945 in the form of scans of original documents !
Still looking to find some names behind that efforts, but it looks very interesting, good find !

Seems to be a more general problem in the moment, it's the same for me.
At least it worked with downloading the index.php file and renaming it.
