German VG wind tunnel model

I found these two pics while surfing the net several years ago. I only know they are of German origin and titled Dual Swing-wing Aircraft. Does anyone have more info on this model? For what program could it have been made?

Variable geometry wing and variable geometry horizontal tail... I am sure that this was allready posted somewhere in the forum. Does anybody remember where?
