Well, yes, it's real, for a given value of "real":

I would say it's "real" in the sense that it exists as a project, but certainly not "real" in the sense of flying anywhere soon.

On the other hand, the website you link to above also links to stuff like this:

So maybe a little Caveat Emptor would be in order
