Fairchild four seat touring aircraft project

To me it's just an artist's concept of the Fairchild F-46 — also known as the General Aviation GA-46 or Clark GA-46 (after its designer).

It was a cabin touring aircraft made entirely of Duramold. Later in its life, the sole prototype [NC19131] was fitted with a radial engine [now as N19131].

and looks like the M-103 five seat low-wing aircraft for navy,it remained
a project only,but it had a different cockpit.

True, the cockpit looks different, and the overall shape looks more aerodynamic. I can also see some common features with the F-47.
