im confused F35 ew suite mentions the band 2,3,4 to acts as RWR sensors so the only ECM aperture know is its RADAR which again operates at 8.5ghz to 10.68ghz
range of operation is (2-20ghz) for esm

so how does F35 ew suite acc jamming against S band C band KU band L band ???

Most probable answer it does not do it. It isn't normal nor expected for a line fighter aircraft to jam across entire spectrum, especially a stealthy one...
Making powerful emitting antennas stealthy is difficult, doing so in a leading edge, per my understanding, is nigh unachievable.

Could those be handled via the towed decoy?

Logically, it's job is X...Ku.

Parts of S-band are a simple doubling of X-band. So a half-wave X-band antenna is a quarter-wave S-band antenna.

C-band or L-band are getting to be big antennas, though.
