(BLOS) Land Battlefield Missile

The project aims at developing an EU new generation medium range BLOS Land
Battlefield missile systems family. The output is intended to be integrated on an
extensive variety of platforms (ground-to-ground and air-to-ground) and to provide
integrated and autonomous target designation capability. The project includes joint
training and formation aspects. Dedicated “users’ club” is envisioned develop a
common European doctrine on BLOS firing.

As I thought, it's based on the MMP missile.

The EU BLOS project aims at developing a family of BLOS missiles with back image and man in the loop capabilities. Based on the MMP missile system, this family of products will be fully mastered by European industry, which provides full autonomy of use, security of supply and future evolutions, to the benefit of the 25 PESCO member nations.

A follow up project has been greenlit this week.

The project aims to define a preliminary concept of operations for a Beyond Line Of Sight (BLOS) European capability and
demonstrate it through a full scale firing campaign. The project consists of a land missile system, a turret system to support and
set up the missile using an UAV for target designation, a land platform, and an UAV providing a cyber-secured target location
