In 1529-1569 the Austrian engineer Konrad Haas wrote the "Sibiu manuscript". It describes rocket cannons, multistage rockets, liquid-fueled rockets using alcohol, and a drawing of a house on a rocket. Haas missiles also have a military purpose, in one of the drawings there is a rocket with three cannonballs.

Similar projects were drawn up in the 17th century by the Lithuanian engineer Kazimir Semenovich.
Is there any information about other developments during this period?

From the Bellifortis manuscript, Konrad Keyser, 1403:

Three types of rockets are described, 1. flying, 2. floating, 3. bow-launched.
In the annals of the city of Pskov in Russia there are records of rockets in the 15th century.
It is known about Chinese missiles in the 15th century, that allegedly some Chinese flew on a rocket (or rocket plane), and a Turkish inventor allegedly flew on a rocket with wings in the 17th century.
