"Heavy Logistics System" (CX-HLS) (previously CX-X) program, that lead to C-5, was a little bit earlier...20 years earlier.
 
Please note that the above design appears as "1046-103", not "-105" in the rest of the document, which makes me think this is either a typo or a consequence of a poor scan.

Joe Sutter, the Project Engineer on the 747 program, insists that the 747 was not derived from the Boeing CX-X proposal and I think we have to take his word for it. The requirements are so fundamentally different that a CX-X derived airliner would probably be badly compromised. Looking at the proportions and shapes of the Boeing CX-X, it's hard not to see a strong family resemblance though. I suspect that it's a function of individuals applying experience gained on a previous program to similar problems.
