E-9A and US Navy Fjord Missile?

The US Air Force's Fact Sheet for the E-9A airborne telemetry aircraft lists the 'Navy Fjord missile program' as a supported program (in addition to supporting advanced cruise missile and F-22 testing). Does anyone have info on this missile? Perhaps related to supersonic target efforts?

Couple of educated guesses:

AGM-119 Penguin - A used on F-16, B on USN SH-60. ( and other countries )
NSM - Naval Strike Missile - to go on some European F-35.

They both have a Norway starting point.

Or, Fjord could be a typo for Ford ?
