Does anyone know what this frame inside the cockpit is for?

Does anyone know what this structure inside the canopy of this Su-27 is for? Please don't tell me its for hanging clothes.

Possibly a temporary fixture to support a blind for instrument flight training.

Yep. Or, perhaps for one of those 'tinfoil' hoods used when nuking a target! Although the backseater would be blinded, so not very likely.

I can confirm it is a blind instrument hood frame, loads of other twin-seater Su-27s have them given their conversion training role. It must block the rear crewman's view somewhat though.
