I am looking for documentation related to Air Ministry specification, P.13/36, for twin-engined medium bombers. Info on B.12/36 for heavy bombers is also interesting. I am thinking of writing an article about the procurement strategy and outcomes. I believe it is argued that P.13/36 led to both the Lancaster and the Mosquito and I find the respective development journeys fascinating. I also feel they have relevance to modern-day thinking on innovation in procurement and supply.

Any opinions and insights are also valuable, even if you do not have references or links to specific documents.

Thanks, All,
