see this czech article by L+K, I´ve never heard about a Fiat Fi.3. Looks like the Lombardi FL-3 (AVIA)...

Probably a mistake, never heard about Fiat Fi designation, it seems to be more a Francis Lombardi FL aircraft rather than any kind of FIAT aircraft.....
