Info and specs about the SB3C and TSF can be found in these books:

American Secret Projects: Fighters, Bombers, and Attack Aircraft, 1937-1945
U.S. Experimental & Prototype Aircraft Projects: Fighters 1939-1945

The TSF was basically the torpedo-carrying combat plane proposed by Grumman to replace the TBF/TBM Avenger after the Navy found the TB2F too big for the Midway-class carriers. But the TSF too was way too big for the new carriers, so the Navy chose the simpler TB3F/AF Guardian as the successor to the Avenger.
