Cone shaped single stage to orbit rocket?

I'm trying to locate the name of this rocket but cannot find it. Any help?

Japan had the Hiflex hypersonic demonstrator, which was slightly conical, but was not an SSTO.

Could you be confusing the name with the proposed Japanese SSTO Kanko-Maru, which was a squashed-cone shape?

Thanks. This was a perfect metallic cone on the wide side. I found Hibex but it seems a little long.

Apart from Sprint and N-1….I think the Russians were looking at a small R-7 strap-on looking deal all by itself…called CORONA…no relation to the US spysat…that’s all I can think of. Search CORONA on the wiki.

MTKVA was a pre-Buran concept similar to Elon’s Starship except it did the “Adama Maneuver” all the way down with parachute recovery.
