CiTrus90's 3D Drawings of Unbuilt Aircraft

You always pick such splendid examples ! Have always been fond of the particular technology. My first thought is that this would be a wonderful example of how us Yanks could have helped with that pesky UFO problem that the UK was so kind to take on all by themselves in the early 70's.

The Vought Adam fighter concept looks realy good,i like it alot in marines colours, thanks Citrus for posting this.

best regards

Pedro

Thank you guys ;)

Here is another one that I hope will be of interest. I couldn't really find accurate drawings for it, so it's sort of a speculative reconstruction starting from an EE Lightning T.5 of what a final Sea Lightning FAW.1 might have looked like.

I think this might even be the first time a 3d model of it has been attempted (or at least I couldn't find any examples of a Sea Lightining with the 30 inches radar dish modeled anywhere)...?

Regards.

Very nice work, the naval Lightning was a mean looking beast. Probably not the best (or feasible) carrier fighter design but certainly it would have been impressive.

I think there is a VG Lightning brochure online here. Quick search later:

Last image has a 3-view of the 30" radar version.

Very impressive my friend!

Your level of artistry is growing since first you started posting here.

Thank you.

Thank you guys!

I'm still walking on the long way for improvement ;)

I'm using 3DS Max and Gimp 2.8.

And here's another one: "Minerve" (SNCASO SO.4070).

Hope you'll like this one too.

Another one for the week: thin wing Gloster Javelin ;)

In all honesty, after this one I've pretty much run out of ideas. If anyone has any personal favourite project (not yet modeled), I'm officially open to suggestions.

Regards.

They all are in the pipeline, and will come in the next few weeks.

In the meantime I had already started on Flateric's proposals and here they are. I hope you'll like them.

Kind regards.

Thanks everyone ;)

And here's Darrol Stinton's VG Fighter as requested by Thefrecklepuny. I thought the 54 Squadron's RAF markings and arctic camo suited it. Hope you'll like.

It's going to take a few "few more days"...

Issue is I find helicopters really ugly I've encountered a lack of inspiration, but I'll get back at it.

And in the meanwhile have a Miles M.52 B)

Regards.
