No because the blast panel is too close to the catapult, even any manned fighter is unlikely

Chinese equivalent to Fire Scout C?

Though it looks more like the "dedicated UAV airframe" of the Fire Scout B, the 4-bladed rotor and tail suggest it's bigger than the MQ-8B.
