Mr. Chernov was born in 1956 in USSR,and designed many amphibian and flying boat aircraft,such as Che 10,15,20,22,23,
24,25,26,27,28,29 & 30,he created a Che-35,it is a high-wing twin engined light transport/cargo amphibian monoplane
Project,no more details are known.

Boris Chernov designed,
built and flew a variety of light, single and twin-engines sport flying boats.
His Sea Bear twin is offered for sale and another group is building a single-engines prototype in Maine, USA.
Transport Canada recently approved importation of one of Chernov’s little flying boats.
