not perfect but pretty close to 1:1 alignment when i overlay the images, obviously the elephant in the room here is intake visibility, i don't have any answer for this other than they probably just hid it behind the vapor cone on purpose. i can't move this intake any further back, it's already pushed pretty far. anywho

It is interesting, but I wonder why they chose MD as the speculative manufacturer instead of Boeing? As an aerospace artist myself, this rendering is pretty good.

I sometimes try to create 1/72 or 1/200 models as scratchbuilt before the final version is out in the world

This is how I created a B 21 Raider 1/200 and H20 some time ago.

I also "sculpted" a Tempest II

I've been thinking about the F47 for a long time now, .....
I'm very happy about your visualizations

But I heard that the prototype is supposed to take off in 2028
I don't understand this - that they could keep the preview (it's a model)
until the last moment?
Or is the year 2028 fiction?

The B-21 was rolled out in December 2022 with first flight in November 2023, so I don't think 2027 (or even 2028) is unreasonable for the F-47 roll out.

Same with the B-2 (1988 rollout, 1989 first flight), while the nighthawk and quite a few demonstrators (like the YF-118G) flew for some time before officially going public.
