Boeing to hire 10,000 workers in 2023 as it ramps up production

Good to see the workforce is almost recovered in total numbers, but I'm hopeful they're paying as much attention to restoring their former engineering prowess as they are to restoring the business ops side of the company.

Many years ago when Boeing shoved out a new 727 every day and a half from the Renton facility, I was amazed that they ever got an airplane finished. Thanks to automation they did it. However, I must admit that they build some aircraft. A friend flew 727's and 747's and loved both. It would be fun to visit again.
