I would like to present my following book to you:

It is the whole story of the first Sea Skimmer. Even before WW II began, the Reichsluftfahrtministerium thought about development of guided missiles.
Besides the well known Henschel Missiles (Hs 293 etc.), also Blohm & Voss worked on a guided missile. Basic principle was the term: Fire and Forget!
I wrote this histroy in 2012 and would like to introduce it mainly to the german members of this forum, because the book is written in German language only.

This is the definitive history of the BV 143. The author has carried out a vast amount of research and I don't think it would be possible to write a more complete and comprehensive account. If you read German, I highly recommend it.
 
If you bought the ebook version you could potentially run it through Google Translate, depending on the DRM restrictions.
 
An English language version would increase sales somewhat but I understand that would lengthen the process.
 
Got the ebook version and would like to concur with newsdeskdan !
Comprehensive, detailed and mainly based on original documents. A point, I especially like,
is that the author always points out, where there are gaps in the original documentation, so that
second hand sources had to be used.
As overscan said, there certainly are ways to get a translation, and at least the pictorial material
is relatively independ to the native language. I ventured to translate the index, as it may give a
better overview of the content.

Sorry Mark (and all the others), I do not plan a English edition. A English edition is for me not possible, because I would need a professional translater and this is to expensive and I belief, that I can not earn enough mony to get this costs back by selling it. I think the risk is to high. As you see I published the german edition with BoD (Books on Demand) and I made the book ready for upload and had therefore very less costs. The book will be printed after ordering and the print-costs are covered by the book price. I think this is a very good possibility to sell books, where you are not sure about how much you can sell (because this this very specific subject!).

It is a great endeavour, Oliver and I wish you the best with it. Nothing is perfect in life but I hope you do make a fair wedge out of it.
