Perfect and thank you Toura. Do you know when the change was made to the second type of engine nacelle/exhaust? The earliest picture I can find of the second version is from May 1969......

Allow me to be precise on this one, Paul. It's not the Musée in Le Bourget that took fire, as you well know, but the storage facility at Dugny, opposite the airport on the other side of the tarmac.

Can't resist translating this one...

"You may think that swallows depart in autumn? Not at all, that's when they arrive!
DASSAULT's SWALLOW will fly this coming September."

;D Somehow I can't imagine Handley-Page being so poetic about their HP-137 Jetstream......

You never know, Terry, you never know... ;D
Here's what I would have done if I'd worked for H-P at the time...

"DREAMS DO COME TRUE.

A small passenger transport that is both affordable and economical with excellent handling and performance?
That is the dream of any regional airline. Today the dream can finally come true.
Introducing the Jetstream, a revolutionary small-size transport aircraft for business and local transport.

Handley Page Jetstream
The stuff of dreams."

Dear Boys and Girls, here is a picture with a caption in French of the Avions Marcel Dassault MD-320 Hirondelle turboprop light transport prototype; now in a modified configuration (alongside its contemporary; the Handley-Page HP-137 Jetstream). The engine nacelles have been raised in relation to the wing leading-edge and they now exhaust over the wing trailing edge (the original nacelle design had a ventral exhaust).
