Air Corps Type Specification XC-622?

Looking for a copy of Air Corps Type Specification XC-622 that led to XP-54, XP-55, XP-56, and eventually XP-67. Lots of pages talk about it but I've never yet seen an actual copy of the document itself, and I'm hoping somebody here might have it.
