A guidance system using Organic Intelligence, just not Human

Howdy !

Well… this puts me in mind of recent testimony made to a Congressional committee looking into “ Unexplained Ariel Phenominon “.

One witness was ( what amounted to being ) a subject matter expert on UAPs.
He described having seen himself “ non-human biologics “, and that was the only way he would characterize what he saw.

One wonders whether he saw a biological “ brain “ integrated into some UAP’s
system(s) ? By extension… one might also wonder whether such guidance is a contributing factor into these craft(s) ability to perform incredible accelerations and operate w/ manuevers that one would expect to result in high “G” forces ?

Hmmm….
