Design proposal shown by Russians at aeroshow.
http://www.ckbspk.ru/en/products/ekranoplanyi/chajka-2/Here as RC model, with length of 1100mm and a little more wingspan than scale for better flying capacitys.
EDF up front for air to form air cushion. Bigger propsdrive than scale for flyability.

Given all those wingy-thingies, my initial glance with sleepy, post-middle-aged eyes suggested asymmetric placement of engines...

'Huh ?? Okay, I suppose if Rutan could make it work...'

Then I realised the engine pods were on struts, forward-placed to better blow both wings and an air-cushion for the wide WIG-sponsons...
