France's Finance Minister Roland Lescure revealed on Wednesday that between 30 and 40 per cent of Gulf refining capacity has been damaged or destroyed by Iran's retaliatory strikes, leaving a shortage of 11 million barrels a day on global oil markets. Lescure warned it could take up to three years to restore damaged facilities, and several months to restart those that were urgently shut down.

The Pentagon is considering whether to divert weapons intended for Ukraine to the Middle East as the war in Iran depletes some of the U.S. military’s most critical munitions, according to three people familiar with the matter.
Although a final decision to redirect the equipment has not yet been made, the shift would highlight the growing trade-offs required to sustain the U.S. war against Iran, where U.S. Central Command has hit more than 9,000 targets in just under four weeks of fighting.
The weapons that could be diverted away from Ukraine include air defense interceptor missiles, ordered through a NATO program launched last year in which partner countries buy U.S. arms for Kyiv, the three people said, speaking on the condition of anonymity to describe the Pentagon’s sensitive deliberations.
The Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative has ensured a flow of select military equipment to Kyiv even as the Trump administration has cut off most of the Pentagon’s direct security assistance.

The IRGC is recruiting children as young as 12.

Ray Furlong said:
Iran has announced that children as young as 12 can sign up under a new program “for combatants defending the homeland,” with applicants directed to mosques and “registration booths” on central squares.

The recruitment scheme was reported by multiple Iranian media outlets and announced by an official from the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), which is designated as a terrorist group by the United States, on March 26.

...

This could put children in danger. US and Israeli air strikes have hit checkpoints belonging to the Basij militia, a branch of the IRGC used for the brutal repression of dissent in Iran.

I guess the Epstein file interview of the Israeli ex-prime minister asking Putin for 1 million converted Russians to flood Israel might have been true after all. Just look at Zelensky, Budanov and their defense prime minister religious backgrounds in Ukraine as well.

A Navy and Airforce are both a great asset to have for a military, but such assets also need to be defended, and they have no use if they can't be defended in any war. If there is a country that has more long-range missiles then you have aircrafts or ships that can be targeted you have to have a plan of action before entering the conflict like can you immediately destroy the missiles before the missiles get used on your assets or do you have enough SAMs to target them before they target your assets?

Missile that can destroy a ship cost less than a ship.
Missile that can destroy an aircraft at an airbase cost less than an aircraft.
Drone that can destroy an armored vehicle cost less than an armored vehicle.

Anyone using my military spends more money is not a valid argument as to how a war can be won. Let's all continue taking notes on this conflict.

Sat image showing the KSA base hit, if the "damaged" E-3 looks like seen above then given the smoke/burn marks the several "damaged" KC-135s must look even worse.
