The news comes on the brink of an announcement from Virgin regarding new rail services between the UK and Europe

To be fair, its about time there was an alternative carrier on the cross-channel route. Lets hope that Virgin do a better job than they did on the West Coast.

More operators means more competition and that would mean cheaper tickets to cross the channel. I also hope that the open up a few stops that were closed during COVID. Not everyone want to go to London.
Maybe cheaper tickets in some seasons? Or for exclusive guests? Or 'promotions' when you leave them everyone once of information you got? I don't need "extraordinary guest experiences", I want to go from A to B in peace and not being bothered by others. Thank you very much...
