Current US hypersonic weapons projects. (General)

IIRC, UM is also working with AFRL to fly the liquid fuel draper engine equipped Angry Tortoise in the coming months first at WSMR and then over the Pacific at higher Mach. This appears to be a pitch to continue to evolve the engine and put together some sort of weapon system utilizing it...

The cover by Chris Foss, to the 1971 Mayflower Books edition of the novel 'Rockets in Ursa Major' (1969) by Fred & Geoffrey Hoyle, as far as I can tell it may be the only spacecraft interior in the artists output.

    Ursa Major Rocket Start Up

Good point as they also have a 7" diameter airframe, I wonder if Ursa Major will develop a 7" launch booster for the ground-launched Hellfire/JAGM to boost them up to M1.2 to get them past the transonic drag regime to give them the same range as the air-launched versions?

Just look at China's mini-turbojet market, where the economies of...

    Ursa Major Rocket Start Up

OH, as @Josh_TN pointed out, this is specifically for an Army program, so RAM is probably not related at all. Then again, no guarantee that photo is linked to the test, either. Space News has a totally different photo of a 6-inch rocket motor test, which also might not be related in any way...

FLIGHTS OF FANTASY: The Boeing/Lockheed A/FX

I think, really it has to be a name from the Boeing or Lockheed tradition, although ,of course, Boeing incorporates McDonnell, who in turn incorporated Douglas, and Lockheed incorporate Martin, and GD/Convair. Trouble is, Boeing names are rather lacklustre, for fighters, anyway, 'Peashooter...

Lockheed Martin AIM-260 Joint Advanced Tactical Missile (JATM)

If they've found a way to 3D print it, instead of using mandrels for the core, that would open up a lot of possibilities for controlling surface area geometry. But then you probably wouldn't be able to print/cast it in place so you'd have to load the billet of propellant into the case which...
