From Air Pictorial 6/1957,
here is a small Info about NACA five-stage hypersonic rocket,intended to achieve
speed more than 5.0 Mach,up to 8,000 mph;

Hi,
please see those amazing Hypersonic Concepts of 1960s and 1970s,the fourth
one may be a fighter ?.

Hello,
I have found this Chinese hypersonic concept when looking for images of the real supposed Chinese hypersonic aircraft that was supposedly tested. I have found two of these images from Google searches, and the rest from two YouTube videos. It seems to resemble Lockheed Martin's SR-72...
Hi,
here is the NASA HST hypersonic 6-8 Mach and 6-Mach projects,also the Lockheed
10-Mach HST and Douglas Paper 3973 8-Mach projects of 1960s.

From Air Force 1962,
I can't ID this NASA Hypersonic Project of 1962,it looks like Marquardt
concept,but it was not the same one ?,who can help ?.
If if was a generic design,we can transfer the topic to a proper section.

A lot of newer hypersonic aircraft incorporate inward turning 3D Busemann-type inlets. I know they produce better inlet compression than the previous 2D "compression-ramp" designs on earlier waveriders.
My question is are these inward turning inlets able to produce the same compression lift...
This week's AW&ST has a "future of flight" theme and one of the TOC items is "Boeing Unveils XB-70-Inspired Hypersonic Launcher Concept". As a non-subscriber I won't know more until I get myself to a library, but it sounds like it's propelled by eight "Mach 4 turbines" and some kind of RBCC...
