You can see what looks like a rear facing camera,so it probably makes the traditional ramming attacks more difficult.
I`m actually kind of shocked at just how simplified and stripped down to the barest of bare minimums these things are.

Iranians are extremely quick to emulate promising solutions, like turbojet powered Coyote missile

Ghaem-118 anti-aircraft guided missiles that are being delivered to units . It is stated that the range is up to 25 km and the missiles can be guided using optical-electronic/infrared or radar guidance systems. The launcher for five missiles is mounted on Aras-3 military off-road vehicles with a 4x4 wheel arrangement. The control system vehicle with a radar can simultaneously coordinate the actions of several vehicles with launchers.

note that the missile is externally similar to the American Coyote anti-aircraft guided missile of the M-LIDS anti-UAV system. Iranian intelligence services probably obtained a missile for study from somewhere in Iraq, where these systems were deployed and used to protect American bases from drone attacks.
