ProjectFear alleged Boeing NGAD F-47 demonstrator video - June 2026

I'm starting to take a closer look at the footage and thought I could share a couple of things I might have noticed.
So a RC model then?

X-36 was developed to test a tailless platform in regards to very high maneuverability plus you can see the planform alignment features even though it's subscale. Bird of Prey was an LO demonstrator for the Boeing X-45A UCAV vehicles.

I am not an aero guy but if Boeing did combine the two configurations I am curious of the balance they are trying to achieve in regards to potential high maneuverability, LO and BVR missions. If the aircraft videoed is real (probably is), they could still be flying the demonstrator and/or flying an EMD version built out at 51, 51 has grown quite a bit and I am sure has developed and built manufacturing facility capability as well.

If it does in fact have the drooped wing tips, the high maneuverability aspect would be interesting, to my knowledge, was there any other operational true fighter aircraft with a similar configuration?
From an aero perspective i would image stability and wing vortex elimination are two big perks of this, I bet they almost "cup" the air underneath like a parachute which could give some pretty wild agility I suppose. I think there would be a roll instability but the initial dihedral to the tip anhedral may alleviate that.

In one of the many F-47 threads it was discussed that the BOP's gull wings were in lieu of complex fbw or associated software.

Maybe in this case the gull wings will be a feature of the demonstrator, but not the final plane?

Official F-47 renderings have pronounced hint for a gull wing

Nope, not that small.

It's impossible to say without proper references, but given what I see from the frames where the landing gear can be "sort of" guessed, I wouldn't be surprised if this aircraft were around the same size as Boeing BoP.

Worth recalling that when Will Roper first disclosed AII-X demonstrator flight, he explicitly described what had fown as a 'full-scale flight demonstrator.'
But what's "full scale"?

Every photo, image and comment released is carefully checked and crafted,

"but you said it's full scale"?
"Well it is, a pilot fits in it and it uses jet engines"

We're all falling down the rabbit hole of seeing what we want to see.

It's like visiting a clairvoyant or reading your stars or Nostradamus, after the event "They where right!!"

When this things finally unveiled, a lot of comments on multiple topics are going to be wrong, some will be right by luck.

No one here has seen the demonstrators, we're all just guessing.

This video shows "something" is it CGI, AI, Real? i've no idea, well outside my knowledge.

If it is real, how far away are they? The security at Area 51 is supposedly great, so why let a sight sensitive article fly close enough to YouTubers with cameras? The Camo Dudes in trucks knew they had been there a couple of days, would have fed it back and had eyes on, so why let them get the shots?

Lots to digest and talk about

Communication , and it work F-47 shadow is every where on the Web, Area51 people are Genius to use a You Tube Chanel to communicate , and it enjoy every of US , Thank you Shadow people of Groom Lake

You are correct, the gull wings BoP were specific due to no FBW control system and I think the BoP control system was purely mechanical with no hydraulic boost capability. It was a little bit of a handful to fly but OK for a demonstrator.

Full scale here meaning manned aircraft size, not a subscale UAV I think. I don't think you can conclude the AII-X was the same size as the F-47.

In the uploader's personal opinion, he stated that the object flying could range anywhere from 22 meters to 28 meters in size, depending on the altitude it was flying at the moment the Project FEAR team caught and filmed it. If true, even the lower end of that scale is already slightly almost as long as the F-111 Aardvark.

Apologies in advanced if I might be necromancing this post by replying to the video you shared. I watched it in full, and it was that part regarding its possible length that got me curious about the object that Project FEAR saw, and whether it is related to the NGAD program or just a wholly different plane for a wholly different program.
