Is there anything to indicate that this plane would have a lower RCS than the RQ-180?
Pretty sure that you cannot. After all, physical size of airframe has very little to do with RCS size. Even more to the point, airframe shape is such a strong determinant of RCS size that there are admitted examples of a 2ft wide airframe 13ft long with an RCS the size of a B-52, and 150ft wingspan birds with the RCS of a golf ball or less.There’s barely anything to indicate it exists; not sure how comparisons could be drawn.
