Well I recon that's actually an armored *dog* of whatever wretched particular mongrel breed fits the bill - cats, who are fully conversant and up to snuff in ninja fighting tactics, would never stoop to that namby-pamby level of full body armor humiliation, as opposed to docile canines...
There are plenty of pictures on the Internet of cats dressed up by their humans with captions predicting murderous revenge. Sir Fluffykins is probably just biding his time.
