So with a bit of luck it will be: summer 2023 as COVID19 seems to delay everything in the world.

Tom Harris of La Jetee press says he has finished most of the text and is working on the graphics and hopes to have it ready for publication by year end. Yay!

I hope the book’s layout won’t repeat the questionable “aesthetic” choices seen in the book on the BAe 146, particularly in how the photos are presented—images spread across two pages, rounded corners, even rounded photo borders. Personally, I find these aesthetic effects irritating; they add nothing to the book and, on the contrary, detract from it.

My biggest criticism was the decision to make it a ridiculously oversized coffee table book that is not only hard to casually browse but also very expensive which probably cost them some sales. I do hope they won't repeat that mistake in their next books.
