It could just be a Viper Strike UAV glide munition.

It only has a 3lb warhead which may be selectable or just failed to detonate.

It is a hellfire based ordnance. 100lbs traveling a couple hundred mph/kph will make a hole in most automobiles and squishy things inside. If it does have a 3 lbs explosive then it is to make a high speed "shotgun effect". Ball bearings moving at several hundred mph/kph will make holes in most automobiles and the squishy things inside also.
