From a research trip to NARA II back in 2009.

Essentially they took an A-26 Invader -- #44-34586 and stuck a J-31-GE-4 turbojet in the place where the aft gunner would be.

Top Speed @ Sea Level @ Military power
A-26D: 338 MPH
XA-26F: 379 MPH

I have a *little* more; but am holding off on releasing it until I can be sure it won't steal the thunder of another author.

Ryan,

What else do we have on this? I barely got a paragraph and picture in the Warbird Tech book.
