who is United Alliant ?

but i found only name "United Alliant", thats all
got some one more information ?

can be that UA (in UA1205) stands also for United Aircraft ?
because United Aircraft change its name to United Technologies in 1975
and they relabel the "UA" (in UA1205) to "United Alliant" because of that ?
