What's this Viet Cong Machine Gun?

Hi I need help in identifying this tripod mounted machine gun

Considering its Viet Nam, its most likely a foreign manufactured weapon. Which means either Japanese, French, Russian Chinese or American. If I'm not mistaken, the side mounted drum magazine was a distinctive french trade mark for medium machine guns. I would guess it is a French Reibel Machine gun.

I'm going to recommend this be moved to the Military subforum, since it's a known service weapon, not a project.
