Weird CONUS "open skies" flight by Russian Air Force

My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this Russian mechanic who's Facebook-Friends with the girl who said they were hoping to see a wild lake party.

Are you kidding? Dogtown, California (population 2,506) is essential viewing from 30,000ft.

If you look on Flight aware you can see they flew over Area 51, Plant42, Edwards, etc....
