Vickers Type-230 C26/31E Transport-Bomber Project

Hi,

in the British Spec. C26/31E for transport-bomber aircraft,Vickers submitted its
Type-230,it was twin engined sesquiplane aircraft project,and the engines mounted
under the high-wing,fixed landing gear and twin tail fin.

Has anyone seen a copy of spec. C26/31? Some sources say that it requested that the aircraft should be a monoplane. Certainly all the prototypes (3) were monoplanes

Thanks, but the question is what, exactly, the specification requested. Did the Air Ministry state that the aircraft should be a monoplane or did they simply say monoplane preferred?

I don't have a source for the actual text of the specifications. If anyone does have that info it would be a great resource, especially if available online.
