Vaughn Dirigible Project ?

Hi,

Mr. Stanley I. Vaughn built some airships in early of twenty century,and I found this
artist drawing to a dirigible Project,designed by Vaugean,and maybe by Italian language
they meant Vaughn,am I right ?.
